Offering custom hand-drawn or digital illustrations and renderings for homeowners and/or interior designers.

Illustrations are a powerful way to bring character and emotion to a design presentation, where a 3D digital rendering can often fall flat. Brushstrokes, pen marks, and custom shadows elevate the textural qualities in a design plan, helping clients see the full potential in a room design.

Exterior home illustrations are also a beautiful memento for homeowners of previous homes, current homes or to help visualize a space in a home being built. Real Estate Agents often purchase these as gifts for their clients, either selling or buying.

Simple house exterior, holiday door / scene illustrations, and quick interior sketches can be purchased in the shop. Otherwise, please contact us using the “Begin A Custom Rendering” button and form for an individual quote.

Current lead-times are 1-2 weeks for simple exterior elevations or sketches, and 3-4 weeks for complex interior renderings. Your place is not secured in the work queue until full payment and all relevant info/photos have been received.
